La actividad fue desarrollada en instalaciones del Centro Universitario de Occidente (CUNOC) de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, en Quetzaltenango, gracias al financiamiento complementario de la Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (SENACYT) a trav\u00e9s de la actividad FINDECYT\/DifundeCTi 06-2025.<\/p><p>La jornada dio inicio con las palabras de bienvenida de autoridades de CUNOC y SENACYT, quienes resaltaron la importancia de este tipo de actividades para la b\u00fasqueda activa de soluciones a uno de los problemas que m\u00e1s afectan a la regi\u00f3n centroamericana. Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de las generalidades y resultados del proyecto Gesti\u00f3n SMART-S del Agua, el cual es liderado por dicho centro universitario, y ejecutado en consorcio con la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), la Universidad Pedag\u00f3gica Francisco Moraz\u00e1n (UPNFM) y el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey (TEC). Cada equipo particip\u00f3 compartiendo sus experiencias y lecciones aprendidas dentro de los componentes del proyecto, dando paso a un conversatorio en el que se abord\u00f3 el tema principal del seminario y se reflexion\u00f3 sobre la importancia del involucramiento de las y los estudiantes desde su proceso formativo para generar sociedades m\u00e1s inclusivas y equitativas. En dicho espacio particip\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la Dra. Mariela Garc\u00eda Vargas, experta en g\u00e9nero e inclusi\u00f3n, representante de la Universidad del Valle de Cali.<\/p><p>Por la tarde, se realizaron cuatro talleres simult\u00e1neos, dirigidos por los y las colegas del consorcio de investigaci\u00f3n, en los cuales las y los estudiantes tuvieron la oportunidad de intercambiar directamente con los equipos centroamericanos y desarrollar habilidades y conocimientos sobre las siguientes tem\u00e1ticas:<\/p><ul><li>Gesti\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas,<\/li><li>Metodolog\u00edas de cocreaci\u00f3n educativa,<\/li><li>Monitoreo comunitario de calidad de agua,<\/li><li>Construcci\u00f3n de una visi\u00f3n socioecol\u00f3gica de los proyectos de agua.<\/li><\/ul><p>The project <strong>Gesti\u00f3n SMART-S del Agua<\/strong> es ejecutado en el marco del proyecto regional \u201cFortaleciendo sistemas inclusivos de ciencia e innovaci\u00f3n en Am\u00e9rica Latina a trav\u00e9s de una red de investigaci\u00f3n colaborativa\u201d implementado por el Consejo Superior Universitario Centroamericano (CSUCA), la Comisi\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Cient\u00edfico y Tecnol\u00f3gico de Centroam\u00e9rica y Panam\u00e1 (CTCAP) y la Secretar\u00eda General del Sistema de la Integraci\u00f3n Centroamericana (SG-SICA), financiado por el Centro Internacional de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo de Canad\u00e1 (IDRC por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa03749 elementor-widget
