SYSTEMS
The Confederation's Systems are executive bodies through which the active participation of all member universities is organized for the development of plans, programs, and projects. To achieve greater effectiveness in reaching the Confederation's objectives, the Systems maintain regional communication and coordination, which is the responsibility of the General Secretariat. Within each university, its representatives in the Systems act as nodes to coordinate actions stemming from the agreements of the CSUCA (National Council of Central American University Students) and each System. CENTRAL AMERICAN SYSTEM FOR EVALUATION AND ACCREDITATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION SICEVAES is the system that promotes innovation and improvement in higher education offered by CSUCA member universities, as well as a culture of quality, evaluation, and accountability to society, fostering accreditation. It also promotes the harmonization and regional integration of higher education systems in Central America and the Dominican Republic. SICEVAES is comprised of the academic or teaching vice-rectorates of CSUCA member universities.
The Sistema Regional de Vida Estudiantil (SIREVE), is the body of the Central American Higher University Council CSUCA, which through the Regional Council of Student Life (CONREVE), is in charge of coordinating, promoting, strengthening and generating initiatives, programs and projects that promote the development of the Student Life area of the member Universities; contributing to the integral training of professionals who participate with social commitment, in the transformation, development and Integration of the member countries of the Central American Integration System SICA.
The Central American University Publishing System (SEDUCA) It is the highest advisory body of the Central American Higher University Council (CSUCA) on publishing matters. It is composed of the publishing houses of the universities affiliated with CSUCA.
The Central American Integrated Documentary Information System -SIIDCA- It is made up of 22 University Libraries, belonging to the same number of Universities.
