GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Articulate regional efforts to contribute to the improvement of environmental competencies in the management of disaster risk and climate change of vulnerable populations so that they increase their resilience and quality of life through methodological tools in the canton of Heredia, Costa Rica, from the district of Almirante, Bocas del Toro, Panama and the Achí de Rabinal indigenous community in the department of Baja Verapaz, Guatemala.
