GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To coordinate regional efforts to contribute to the improvement of environmental skills in disaster risk management and climate change among vulnerable populations so that they can increase their resilience and quality of life through methodological tools in the canton of Heredia, Costa Rica, the district of Almirante, Bocas del Toro, Panama and the indigenous Achí community of Rabinal in the department of Baja Verapaz, Guatemala.
