The First Technical Congress is held at the University of El Salvador for the organization of the VIII version of the Central American University Sports Games JUDUCA 2023 with the UES as the host university.
The JUDUCA are a biennial multi-sport competition designed to promote sports in public universities in Central America and the Dominican Republic. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was not possible to carry out the VIII version in 2020 based at the University of San Carlos de Guatemala, for this reason, the student representatives have decided to resume this important competition from the year 2023 .
